Please read all the terms and conditions carefully before you shop at mybabystore.com.au. We may revise these terms and conditions from time to time and therefore please check them before you make a new purchase.

Website Terms and Conditions:

When ever you use mybabystore.com.au to place an order, our Terms and Conditions will apply to your use of the Website in addition to these General Terms and Conditionsof Sale. By ordering a product through the Website, you’ll be deemed also to have read, understood and agreed to our Website Terms and Conditions.

Product and Service Descriptions:

We have taken reasonable precautions to try to ensure that prices quoted on the Website are correct and that all products have been fairly described. However, when ordering products or services through the Website, please note that:
All prices are displayed in AUD inclusive VAT where applicable.

Even as we try to display the colors of our products accurately, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and may slightly vary. Feel free to ask us for more images if you want further clarification.

All items are subject to availability. We will update you as soon as possible if the product(s) you have ordered are not available with us and we may offer best alternative product(s) of equal or higher quality and worth.

Acceptance of Your Order:

Please note that completion of the online checkout process does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place only when we’ll receive the payment and notify you over the email address you’ll provide us with.

(a) All products that you order through the Website will remain the property of mybabystore.com.au. During the checkout process, you will be required to complete your payment details. All fields indicated as obligatory must be fulfilled carefully. Also, note that we will collect and store your information, using an encrypted secure payment method and will only use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

(b) All card payments are subject to approval by your card issuer. If your payment is not received and you have already received the products you ordered from us, you must pay for the products or return those products to us in accordance with reasonable return instructions that we provide to you and in the same condition that you received them at your own expense. If this doesn’t happen within 30 days of the date on which we cancel your order, we may collect or arrange for collection of the products at your expense. We preserve the right to charge you for any and all damage to (or other adverse interference with) any products that are the subject of an unpaid order.

(c) If we cannot provide you with the product or service you ordered, we will inform you of this in writing (e-mail) and, if you have already paid for the product , refund you in full as soon as realistically possible, it could take around 3-5 working days.

Payment Methods and Order Processing:

We accept the following payment methods:

  • (a) Visa
  • (b) MasterCard
  • (c) PayPal

Only on acquiring all the necessary information will the payment process begin. If you place an order on a weekend or Public Holiday, it will not be processed till the next business days, which are Monday to Friday. You will receive a tax invoice via email for Credit, Debit and PayPal payments. Orders must be paid in Australian dollars, within 5 days of your order confirmation.

Please Note:

  • (a) Credit Cards issued by banks apart from Australia will not be accepted.
  • (b) A delay in the processing of your order may take place due to the daily spending limit many debit and cheque cards have.
  • (c) If a credit card payment is not successful, we will cancel your order and notify you of the dishonor.

Dispatch & Delivery Times:

Products leave our warehouse in 3-21 days after we receive complete payments and delivery time may vary depending on the customers' area and states. Deliveries will take place during business days i.e. Mondays to Fridays with the exception of public holidays. Possible delays in the delivery may occur due to changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control. If a delay occurs, kindly contact our Customer Service. We deliver products through Australia Post and Fastway Express. Products are delivered to the front door at the address you mentioned when placing order. If no-one is available to receive the delivery of your order, our carrier (Australia Post) will leave a card so you can pick up your order from your local Post Office.

Cancellation of Order:

Cancellations of any order may take place at any time if:

  • (a) The products you’ve requested are out of stock.
  • (b) The price or description of the product mentioned on the site is incorrect.
  • (c) An order is placed in breach of these terms and conditions.
  • (d) A fee amounting to the 20% of order amount will be deducted if order is cancelled  due to change of mind after being processed. And if the parcel is already posted to you then, shiping fee will be also reimbursed.

If you have not participated in an illegal activity that directly or indirectly breaches these terms and conditions, you will be charged accordingly. However, orders cancelled due to reasonable reasons will not be charged by the customer.
