Shipping Details

Delivery Charges and Timescales:

 

Delivery is free for all orders worth $99 and above. However, $10 will be charged for all orders below $99. Please note that we offer FLAT SHIPPING RATE Australia wide and it might vary as per on-going Sales Campaigns. Customer are recommended to check our current Flat Shipping rates before placing the order. However, customers may have to pay shipping charges for bulky/furniture items (furniture, rockers and swings etc) depending upon area and weight. In case system charges you wrong price or miss to include the postage cost we may ask you for additional payment before dispatching your order.Currently we are not shipping bulky products to Western Australia, Tasmania and Northern Teroterry. Bulky items will not be shipped to these states without pre-sales enquiry. Please send an email to sales@mybabystore.com.au for final quote.

 

We’ll deliver your order using Official courier services e.g AusPost, Fastway etc. Delivery will be made to the address specified in your order. If no one is available at the time of delivery, a note/card will be left at your door to inform whether your order has been left in a safe place e.g. with a nearest postal office, or returned to depot.

 

All risk in the products you order (including risk of loss and/or damage to the products) shall pass to you when they are delivered to the delivery address mentioned in your order.

 

Our estimated lead time for all dispatches is 3 to 21 days, however, delivery time vary state to state. Please feel free to contact us for more précised information based on your state and postal address. Deliveries will take place during business days i.e. Mondays to Fridays with the exemption of public holidays.

 

We shall be under no accountability for any delay or failure to deliver products if the delay or failure is wholly or partially caused by circumstances beyond our control.

 

We value your preference to shop with Mybabystore and if for any reason you wish to return the products, you can do so within 30 days from purchase date, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and with original receipt. The cost of freight for the returned product will be determined based on the cause. You can either ask for an exchange with a product of equal or different monetary value (difference should be paid) or a refund.

 

Please send us an email at sales@mybabystore.com.au. If the product is faulty, we’ll share our reply paid address over the email and you don’t have to pay anything for postage.

 

If the product is returned due to customer’s change of mind, they will have to bear the postage.

 

Upon receiving the goods, our warehouse team will inspect and verify that the product is unused and properly packed. If it is not, we’ll deduct 20% of the total refundable amount.
